This course teaches surveying techniques, construction layout, use of equipment and dimensional controls for buildings. This class is a 10-12 day indoor and outdoor working course. Students entering the Professional Program in the Fall or Summer will take the course during the break between Summer and Fall semesters. Students who enter the Professional Program in the Spring will take the course during the break between Spring and Summer semesters. Students must complete Project Controls I before they can take the course.

 

One (or more) Saturday class is required.

 

Two to four (G)TAs assist the instructor throughout the course. The grade assignment for this class will appear on the student's transcript for the SUMMER term.
