Professor Tsai Lu Liu, Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial+Graphic Design, will deliver two talks at the Industrial Designers Society of America’s 2011 international conference, “Community: You. Me. We,” in New Orleans, LA, September 14–17. Liu’s session “If It’s Good for Users and Business, is it Good for Designers?” will be part of Community as Context, a section attended by design professionals, and his session for the Education Symposium is “Do You See What They See? A New Approach to Video Ethnography.” The IDSA international conference is the largest industrial design conference in the United States with more than 800 attendees.
