DESIGNhabitat Studio II - Center Bay

The Center Bay scheme is a module configuration that consists of two factory built modules that are sited parallel to one another and are joined by a site constructed space that ties the modules together. The site built condition creates an open plan with cross ventilation from the West to the East. The scheme is a three bedroom configuration with one full bath. The scheme is similar to the dog-trot type of years past. The center becomes a communal gathering space. Square footage is 1040 square feet.
