Earth Day Posters on Display

EARTH DAY POSTERS ON DISPLAY IN DUDLEY HALL
Art posters created by Auburn students to promote and celebrate Earth Day are currently on display in the CADC Gallery located on the first floor of Dudley Hall. The exhibit runs through March 19. The posters will be judged as part of the Earth Day Art poster contest, with $300 awarded to the first-place winner, $200 to the second-place winner and $100 to the third-place winner. Exhibition: Recycled Walls

Recycled Walls.CADC GALLERY PRESENTS EXHIBITION OF RECYCLED WALLS
CADC Professor Paul Zorr’s Material & Methods of Construction 2 class is currently exhibiting its Recycled Walls Project in the CADC Gallery. The project consists of innovative design and construction solutions to a traditional interior wall finish. All projects are constructed from recycled materials. The finished product and many of the preliminary steps will be illustrated in the showing, which runs through Feb. 13. Students had a week to design and construct their project with a size limit of 24″ x 24″ and weight limit of 200 pounds.


Renaissance to Modern

The first year architecture students have transformed the first floor hall into a salon of beautiful drawings “drawn” from a timeline of artists including DaVinci and Picasso. As Carlo Scarpa said, ” I draw to see.”
