What: SoA Field Day
When: April 5, 4-6pm
Where: Bibb Graves Amphitheater
Why: interdisciplinary and professor/student bonding, spring fling FUN, and early studio dismissal! and popsicles.

Get excited SoA! FIELD DAY 2006 will be wednesday, MARCH 15 at 4pm. Just like you remember it from elementary school: tug-o-war, egg toss, sack race, and popsicles, just to name a few! Prizes, hot dogs, and pre-order tshirts for all.

Sign up lists with the events and times are available to sign up your team on the AiAS board in front of the elevator on the first floor.

Year-level spirit is encouraged along with professor involvement, as a tally will be kept to keep up with total gold, silver, and bronze medals and a prize being awarded to the winning level.

Possible events are listed below:

• Tug-o-war (each studio has a team)
• Egg toss (2-person team)
• Relay race (1 male/ 1 female team): including 3-legged race, wheelbarrow race, shopping cart madness, and “significant-other” carry
• Obstacle course (5 person team): including sack race, top heavy model carry with 2 fingers, mini-bike trike race with dodgeball bombardment, ropes course, architecture trivia, and slip’n slide foto finish!
• Big ball push
• American gladiator style jousting (1v1 tournament)
• spoon and bucket relay (studio team)
• TP over/under (studio team)
• kickball recruitment exhibition game
