washing window fun
Today everyone was at the red barn working on washing the windows. The first step in washing the windows is that we have to remove all of the nails that are not doing anything. We also have to remove all of the pains of glass that are in the window frame. Then once all of the nails have been removed we then can begin washing the window. We use a mixture of water and bleach to wash the windows. We started the day by washing one of the chancel windows which just happened to be the largest out of all of the. It took a while to get it ready to wash because it had a lot of loose nails in the frame. Once that window was sent off to the people who are washing the window we open another case with a window and repeat this process. We were able to get three windows done today which is actually very good seeing that we only average two a day. So at the end of the day we all went back to the pods and got ready for dinner. Lots of people are working on their water color and column drawings that are due in less than a week. So as you can see we have plenty to keep ourselves busy throughout the day and night.
